We evaluate and coach people with performance problems and issues.
This can be done using the results of a competency based interview, (CBI), as a start point, or we may be called in to develop a coaching program over a period of time with very defined outcomes for the individual.
Coaching programs are tailored to fit the needs of an organisation and the individual. We do not use a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but rather a ‘bespoke’ design which are aligned to an organisations’ s culture and values, as well as required deliverables.
We also design and implement Performance Management systems for companies. Where an organisation currently has a system, we are often asked to rebuild or enhance an in house system to reflect current needs and challenges.
